Things Go to Hell

You can tell at the beginning of this section that things were going to hell. People were dying and a Black Hawk had crashed.  It was all a bit confusing though because it switched from the soldiers perspective to an guy at a clan meeting. It was hard to keep thing straight. But it soon got back on track and it switch to the soldiers of Chalk Two and the pilots of another helicopter. I felt sorry for those who died in the crash but, hopeful for those that survived. The danger is not gone yet because as soon as the helicopter crashes the Somalians are swarming the crash site like maggots on a carcass of a dead animal. They are pushed back, if only momentarily, by the Rangers of Chalk Two. Even though they have arrived I don't believe that they will be able to hold them off much longer. I can already foresee much more death headed their way.

I agree that it is very confusing with all of the different people and how it switches perspectives. It has made reading this book quite a challenge.
